Now in my forth year in Triathlon, I was ready to step it up from Olympic Distance to Half Ironman. This would also be my first race as a ‘pro athlete’, however I don’t regard this as my first ‘Pro Season’ as I would only race that one race as pro. Racing was also cut down through the year in order to give more focus to Duathlon World Champs at the end of the year which would also be my first overseas trip.
