Do you need a personalised training plan?
Terrence designed a very user friendly training program for me in 2012/2013. It makes it much easier having a fitness goal because you know what is expected of you every day. This was definitely the fittest time of my life and I felt fabulous. The program has variety, so you never feel like you are on repeat.
Charlotte is very passionate with the people she teaches, not only does she have the patience for all ages but she definitely gets results in the shortest of time. My grandchildren have been swimming with Charlotte for 8 years. She really has the knowledge with regards to teaching and coaching and I would definitely recommend her swim school.
I believe it is because of Terrence’s in depth knowledge and skill of the sport coupled with his own personal experience and his ability to work out programmes that are specifically catered to each individuals needs and abilities that make him an awesome coach.
The Coaches patience is remarkable and comforting especially for a first time mom who has feared water for the better part of her years and ALMOST passed that fear onto her child. My son loves all the coaches he’s been assigned too (I was very skeptical in the begging with the coach changes) and I am happy too.
